PointScribe's powerful data capture and analysis feature allows you to run a variety of reports at any time to assess student progress, and, drive informed, targeted intervention.
To run reports:
(A) Select the blue Run Reports button on the red Control Panel.
(B) Select the focus for your report: an entire Classroom/Group or a single Student.
(C) On the right side of the screen, select the Report Type you would like to run. There are 4 choices; only those that match your choice (group vs individual) will be available for selection. Click on the name of each below to see a sample.
(D) If applicable, choose Shape Library / Shape Type for your report.
(E) If applicable, choose date range for your report.
(F) Select the Generate Report button at bottom of screen. A report will appear.
(G) You can sort the data (if applicable) using the Library and Proficiency buttons on lower left of screen.
In the case of classroom reports, you can drill down to view specific data for each student and shape. Details are noted on individual report sample pages (links above).
(H) At the lower right, a Print button allows you to send the file a printer, or create a PDF for electronic record keeping or email.
