(D) At the bottom of the page, select Save (or Reset to begin again).
(E)(F)Type in the name of the newly created cursive word, then click the OK button.

To use the cursive shape you've created in a lesson:
There are two ways to use the shapes you create in a lesson: by themselves, or as part of a Sequence.
Using a cursive shape by itself:
(G) Select User Created from the Shape Library drop down menu in the Lesson Content area located on the left side of the Lesson Editor screen.
(H) Select the name of the word you created from the Shape Type drop down menu located beneath the Shape Library drop down menu.
(I) Select the Start Lesson Pencil on lower left to launch the lesson.
When a student is presented with your User Created shapes, all of the same properties that apply to shapes from PointScribe's built-in libraries apply: start and stop points, crumb trails, centerlines, immediate feedback, Tutor Options and more. All customizable settings (colors, sound, audible cues, etc.) available for built-in content are also available for use with User Created Shapes.
