The Certificate Manager allows you to track the libraries for which a student has attained mastery, monitor whether or not a certificate has been printed, and reprint certificates if needed.
To manage certificates:
(A) Select the blue Run Reports button on the red Control Panel.
(B) In the Run Report For area of the Create A Report window, select Classroom/Group at top left, and the name of the Classroom/Group desired from the pull down menu directly beneath.
(C) Select Class Report - Certificate Manager in the Report Typearea at the top right of Create a Report window.
(D) Click the Generate Report button to launch the Certificate Manager.
(E) There is a color-coded menu at bottom left that defines the squares in the Certificate Manager matrix
GREEN indicates that the student has mastered this library and a certificate is available for printing/award.
PURPLE indicates that the student has mastered this library and that a certificate has already been printed/awarded.
WHITE indicates that the student is still workign toward mastery on this library.
(F) Clicking on a colored square will signal PointScribe to print the corresponding certificate.
In this example, Cameron has mastered all libraries: Lowercase, Uppercase, and Numbers.
He has been awarded a certificate for Uppercase only.
By clicking on the purple Lowercase square, his teacher will generate a certificate of achievement for Lowercase letters.
