PointScribe's easy to interpret Handwriting Proficiency Reports can be created in seconds to display easy to interpret charts that convey a wealth of handwriting information for accurate analysis, assessments, and intervention strategy.

Handwriting strengths and weaknesses can be identified at a glance allowing immediate targeted response.

Charts display individual student progress with shape libraries, or individual shapes. Charts be selected, filtered, sorted, printed, saved, and emailed as easily as any other document. Mouse over the chart at right to sort the data.

Students at risk, early learners, and general education students all benefit from this powerful assessment tool.

Report Window

  • Report parameters for subject, report type, content and date range are selected on the main reporting window.

  • PointScribe provides the option to run six different reports. (See below).

  • Charts may be sorted by content or proficiency.

Library Reports (For Individual Student, Daily or Over Time)

  • Library Reports present data for either Students or Classrooms

    • Student / Daily: all shapes within a selected shape library for one point in time

    • Student / Over Time: progress made on each shape across data points between two specified dates

    • Classroom / By Library: proficiency level of each student for the selected shape library.

    • Classroom / ABC 123 Sequence: proficiency level of each student for the ABC 123 Sequence of all 62 letter and number shapes.

    • Daily: A single shape, for one point in time.

    • Over Time: Progress made on that shape across data points between two specified dates.
